I experienced terrible customer service. The TV remote didn’t work, and they knocked on the door trying to enter, ignoring check-out times. I also had to deal with a flooded bathroom after a shower, which was incredibly frustrating.

A surprising comfort in chaos

My stay started on a high note with an effortlessly nice and spacious room, great decor, and a shower that was simply heavenly. The staff were friendly and attentive, truly making my visit feel unique.

It was just an appropriate option for one night in Houston with reasonable value. The staff were really friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my short stay. To get a better experience, try asking for a room on the quieter side of the building for a good night's sleep.

The location was super convenient, just a short drive to several attractions like Constellation Field. I loved the modern decor of our Queen Room, and my fiancé appreciated how safe we felt during our stay. The shower experience was just fantastic!

Good place with its free parking, air conditioning, and tv. The staff was fantastic, even providing me directions to nearby dining on my first stay. I’ll be returning for my next business trip!

I had a nice stay, enjoying the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Disability Access, especially the lovely decor. However, I wished there were more breakfast options available!
